Electronic Test of English Proficiency Included in Central Foreign Language Exams Accepted by CoHE

The Council of Higher Education (CoHE) has decided that the computer-based Electronic Test of English Proficiency (e-TEP), which is prepared in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and measures four basic language skills, will be included among the central foreign language exams recognized in higher education.
As a result, e-TEP can be used as the central foreign language exam specified in the legislation for faculty appointments, associate professorship applications, promotion and appointment to faculty members, foreign language education programs and graduate education applications.
