The Council of Higher Education continues to offer scholarships for International Researcher Projects, which was launched in 2023 to encourage doctoral students and researchers to conduct research at international standards in the world's elite universities.

Applications for International Researcher Programs have started. Deadline for applications is May 16, 2025.

The International Research Projects include the following:

- Young Minds Program (GEP) for sending doctoral students working as research assistants abroad to conduct research on their thesis topics,

- Postdoctoral Research Program (DOSAP) for sending research assistants or assistant professors who have completed their doctoral studies abroad for postdoctoral studies,

- Applications will be received for the Academic Knowledge Program (AKAP) for sending faculty members abroad to conduct research in priority areas listed in the 12th Development Plan within the scope of academic leave abroad (Sabbatical Leave).
