Within the scope of the “College of Europe Master’s Scholarship Program” carried out by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, successful candidates are granted the opportunity to pursue a one-year master’s degree.

The College of Europe, founded in 1949 in Bruges, Belgium, operates to train bureaucrats for European Union institutions. The language of instruction is English and French. 190 Turkish students benefited from this program between 2010 and 2025.

Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year have begun, with the deadline set for 14 January 2026.

Candidates must hold a university degree in fields such as law, economics, social sciences, or communication, and must have a good command of both English and French.
