CoHE President Özvar Gives Advice to Prospective Students Making YKS

CoHE President Özvar: “I would like to remind you that all students
whose scores are calculated can choose the programs they want. They can
also choose the programs that surpass their expectations.”

CoHE President Erol Özvar wrote about the preference procedures for
2022-YKS, which will start tomorrow, on his social media.
Özvar reiterated that the prospective students who became entitled to make
a selection after taking the exam could choose their preferred university
and program starting from tomorrow until August 5th. He addressed them as
“Dear Youth” and made the following statement:
"I wish that this process, which is important in making decisions for your
future, will be beneficial for you, your families and our country.
I would like to remind you that all students whose scores are calculated
can choose the programs they want. They can also choose the programs that
surpass their expectations.
I do not recommend that you wait for additional quotas or wait to take the
exam the next year. You have a maximum of 24 choices, you can use them with
ease.
I would like you to know that we are working with all our universities to
give you the best education in the new academic year and we will be very
happy to see you among us.
I wish you all great success."
