CoHE Delivers Good News about Enrollment of Students Infected with COVID-19 Staying in Quarantine

The Council of Higher Education has decided that the enrollment rights of students placed at universities, who cannot enroll due to being COVID-19 patients and staying in quarantine, shall be reserved for a period of 15 days.

It was stated in the decision sent to the universities that CoHE Executive Board decided to reserve the enrollment rights of students placed in higher education institutions who were placed in higher education institutions as a result of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) but cannot enroll due to being COVID-19 patients and staying in quarantine at the meeting held on September 2.

It was noted that these students will be able to enroll in case they submit the medical reports documenting their situation to the relevant higher education institution within 15 days after the end of the report date, and that the quotas of these people will be added to the existing quotas if the procedures will not make to the period allocated for the preparation of the additional placement guide.
