Announcement for the Application Period of 100/2000 CoHE Doctoral
Scholarship for the 2019-2020 Spring Term (20.12.2019)
The Council of Higher Education will offer doctoral scholarships in 100
thematic fields at state universities to answer the needs of people with
doctorate degrees in priority fields in Turkey.

Public higher education institutions
shall make their applications regarding their preferred fields to the
Council of Higher Education via
https://webuyg.yok.gov.tr
/doktora
between December 20, 2019 and January 10, 2020. They need
to fill in the forms and send them in a cover letter through the Rector’s
Offices to CoHE.
HOW TO APPLY
1-
Higher Education Institutions need to authorize someone who will input data
into the “100/2000 CoHE Doctoral Scholarship Application Form”.
The Department of Personnel of the related higher education institution
shall grant the authorization.

2-
The application form taken from https://webuyg.yok.gov.tr/ should
be filled in for each program.
3-
Higher education institutions can make applications by requesting at least 3 quotas for a maximum of 5 fields.
4-
The unused quotas from the previous terms will not be transferred to the
spring term of the 2019-2020 academic year.
5-
Higher Education Institutions should specify the name and code of the
priority field. However, the name of the program does not have to be the
same as the preferred program.
