Maria Elena Algabre, Ambassador of the Philippines to Ankara, and the
accompanying delegation paid a courtesy visit to CoHE President Erol Özvar.
She congratulated CoHE President Erol Özvar on his new position. They
talked about the relations in higher education between the two countries.
