- The organs of the graduate schools are the Graduate School Director, the Graduate School Board and the Graduate School Administrative Board.
- Upon the nomination of the Faculty Dean, the Graduate School Director is appointed by the Rector for three years. Where graduate schools are directly attached to the office of the Rector, the appointment is made directly by the Rector. A Director whose term of office has expired may be re-appointed.
The Director will have at most two assistants, whom (s)he appoints from among the full-time teaching staff of the graduate school for a period of three years.
In case of the absence of the Director or his/her post being vacant, the procedure is the same as in the case of Deans.
Within the framework of the graduate school, the Graduate School Director performs the duties assigned to Deans by this law.
- The Graduate School Board meets under the chairmanship of the Director and consists of the Assistant Directors and the heads of the departments of the graduate school.
- The Graduate School Administrative Board meets under the chairmanship of the Director and is composed of the Assistant Directors and three teaching staff members to be selected for a period of three years by the Graduate School Board from among six candidates nominated by the Director.
- Within the framework of the graduate school, the Graduate School Board and the Graduate School Administrative Board perform the duties assigned by this law to the Faculty Board and the Faculty Administrative Board.
