6.2.1   Management units function effectively

1.    Management bodies meet regularly and work in cooperation.  

2.    All related bodies are involved in decision making process and support application. 

3.    Management monitors progress and implementation of decisions.  

4.    Faculty staff convey their opinions and are well informed about decisions.

A       There is coordination and close cooperation among administrative bodies. Practice is appropriate to decisions taken. Faculty staff opinion about decision making and applying process are positive. 

B       Work among administrative bodies can be considered harmonious. But there are difficulties implementing the decisions.  

C       There are frequent inconsistencies in decision making and application process. There is a lack of communication among the bodies. Participation in decision making process is low. 

D      Work among administrative units cannot be considered harmonious There are many inconsistencies in decision making and application process.
