5.2.1   The facilities, equipment and classrooms are utilised to the full

1.    The use of specialist rooms and classrooms is well-organised. Students are taught in the correct rooms. 

2.    Students know how to use education facilities and equipment for their educational objectives.  

3.    Students use computers, especially in teaching and the preparation of teaching material.  

4.    Students can relate practical work in their courses to their work in partner schools and as professional teachers.

·         Timetables showing number of hours specialist rooms are used

·         Timetable showing available hours of computing labs for students

·         Interviews with students

·         Visit to facilities

·         Assessment criteria for students’ practice skills and special facilities.

A       Faculty facilities, equipment and classrooms are utilised, with full capacity 

B       There is high use of classrooms. Other facilities and equipment are under-utilised.

 C       Utilisation of facilities, equipment and classrooms is low.

D      Utilisation of facilities, equipment and classrooms is very low.
