2.2.2   Faculty staff carry out all duties and responsibilities including teaching, advising, staff development, work in partner schools, research and program leadership

1.    Staff participate effectively in the work of the faculty 

2.    Duties of faculty staff are sufficiently varied to take appropriate advantage of individual interests and talents. 

3.    Collectively the faculty staff undertake all the important responsibilities for program quality and improvement and research.

Faculty staff: 

A       are mostly fully involved in all or nearly all aspects of faculty work, including research and work in schools 

B       focus on teaching and research, are partially involved in several aspects of faculty work 

C       mostly restrict their activities to teaching, and show little interest in other duties or responsibilities.

D      do not carry out allotted duties and responsibilities.
