CoHE Signs Agreement With Romania on Strategic Collaboration in The Field of Higher Education

Prof. Dr. M. A. Yekta Saraç, President of the Council of Higher Education, attended the signing ceremony held at the Presidential Palace to sign the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of higher education between Turkey and Romania.
The signing ceremony took place after the joint press conference between President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Romanian Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă, who was on an official visit to Turkey to make bilateral agreements, and the talks between the delegations.
Rovana Plumb, interim Minister of National Education of Romania, and Prof. Dr. M. A. Yekta Saraç, President of the Council of Higher Education, signed the memorandum of understanding in the field of higher education for Romania and Turkey respectively.
The memorandum of understanding aims to establish a strategic cooperation between the two countries to improve relations in the field of higher education.
