to collect the news from the media concerning the Council of Higher Education, Inter-Universities Board, Student Selection and Placement Center, Ministry of National Education and to issue them as a daily bulletin

to announce the meetings of the Council of Higher Education and Inter-university Board

to issue daily bulletin regarding the issues approved by the Presidency and to announce it to the public

to file the news concerning Council of Higher Education
