Directorate of Personnel Management
Directorate of Personnel Management is responsible for the following areas:
  • to provide services to the Council of Higher Education and to the commissions of universities working on human power planning and personnel policy
  • to perform duties related to assignment, salary, employee personal rights and retirement of the Council’s personnel
  • to organize and implement in-service training program for administrative personnel
  • to perform other similar duties assigned by the president of Council of Higher Education and legislation
