All the theses in the archive of National Theses Center were moved to the digital platform with “Electronic Thesis Archive Project”. 

       From the theses which were moved to the digital platform with “Electronic Thesis Archive Project”, only the full text of those which were given permission for “duplication and publication” by their authors are open to access in PDF format.      

      The full text of some of the theses in PDF format cannot be reached because of the objections of their authors. The theses can be accessed when the permission is given by the authors for “duplication and publication”. The studies on this subject are currently ongoing.  The full text of the theses whose authors have already given permission to access can be reached electronically.

      The permission form for the duplication and publication of the theses can be downloaded. This form should be filled out by the author for the theses written before 2006. 

      In order to search the Database it is required to sign in to the system, this can be done by clicking on “National Theses Center” on the home page (www.yok.gov.tr).  After receiving the password which is required to enter the system, the full text of the theses can be accessed.
It is possible to search the theses with permission by clicking on “Easy Search” or “Advanced Search” and marking “with permission” button.
With the implementation of “Electronic Thesis Archive Project”, the volume integrity of the theses disappeared. For this reason photocopy services/facilities at the center were terminated.
As all the services are offered via the Internet, visitors receiving service was also terminated.
